A huge thank you to Dr. Wu and all the caretakers! Their love and responsibility towards animals was truly touching! Sometimes you can tell they're really busy; their pace and tone can be quite fast. We hope everyone can be patient and understanding. 🥺 - We found Dr. Wu on November 11th because our rabbit FiFi had a malignant tumor. In less than two years, she underwent surgery and a second amputation. During this time, we are incredibly grateful to Dr. Wu for always understanding our feelings during treatment. We never expected the recurrence to happen so quickly, and the growth and spread so rapidly. From discovery to her passing, it was only two months. Considering FiFi was already 8 years old and the condition of her lungs was unclear, any further surgery would have been high-risk. Thank you to Dr. Wu for telling us: "Whatever decision you make, don't feel like you haven't done enough. You've done your best." Thinking back on those words now is a huge comfort. 🥹 FiFi has become an angel. 🐰🪽 This signifies a close for us at WoWo Rabbit. We wish everyone at WoWo Rabbit happiness every day and that all your difficult customers disappear! 😆
Everyone at Dr. Wu & WoWo Rabbit was so kind! Dr. Wu was very attentive during the consultation, and you could really feel her love for animals ❤️ The comfortable environment and reasonable prices made Fifi feel relaxed at the hospital. We felt so at ease here 🥰
I hesitated for a long time before deciding to have my pet spayed/neutered, but I was worried because I'd seen so many stories online about complications during the procedure. I contacted several pet hospitals in Tainan for evaluations, and ultimately chose this one because their veterinarians were very thorough from the initial evaluation, explaining the best environment and diet for my pet. Both before and after the surgery, the hospital staff were very attentive, providing detailed updates on the progress and condition. I've never seen such dedication before! I feel completely at ease entrusting my pet to them. Highly recommended!
We initially took our hamster (Pearl) to a rodent clinic because she had diarrhea and was making strange breathing noises, but... it didn't seem to be getting better. We decided to try the highly-rated Wowo Rabbit clinic, which has rodent doctors, and went there with high hopes. Our daughter was very worried because her hamster wouldn't drink any nutritional powder or eat her usual favorite food; she was afraid she would need to be hospitalized. Since it was our first time there, we had to wait ahead of us and had an appointment. We saw many samples of pet food and took a broccoli. Seeing Pearl eat it almost made me cry; she finally ate! The receptionist professionally asked about her condition and then put Pearl on oxygen. While resting, Dr. Wu professionally trimmed Pearl's nails, performed X-rays and ultrasounds, checked his stool, and then took Pearl to the oxygen room for antibiotics. He listened attentively to our description of his illness and patiently explained his problems. I was so touched to finally have a kind and loving veterinarian! 🥲 Unlike the previous clinic that only suggested hospitalization at a high cost, this clinic had all our tests done. Before we left, the doctor was so considerate that he was worried the medicine might be too bitter and even had a nurse feed it to him to check if he drank it. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Wu! 👍 I think this clinic's fees are very reasonable. 🥹 I highly recommend it! ❤️
