This is the most amazing cat hotel that my cats have ever stayed at 🤩 from my first contact with the hotel until the end of their stay, the service was professional and exceptionally friendly and warm ❤️ I felt at complete ease leaving my boys there, and they were very accommodating with all my requests. I received daily updates and the most beautiful photos and videos of my boys to put me at ease during my trip. ☺️ The 24-hour camera in their room was also fantastic so I could check in whenever I wanted to. The staff went the extra mile in taking care of my boys, with daily playtime, and I could see that they were very happy and calm during their stay. 😍 The facilities were also immaculate, and spacious. This is definitely the only cat hotel I will ever use for my boys while I'm in Taipei. Thank you! 😻
I’ve never used a cat hotel before and was a bit apprehensive, but they took good care of her and in the end my cat didn’t want to leave 👼 Livestream, photos and daily report card are also very entertaining. 🥹

I highly recommend this place for boarding your pet cat. My cat was very angry and scared and they did a brilliant job trying to calm her and take great care of her. I will definitely use them again and again! Thank you so much to Cat Village Hotel for taking care of my cat.
Excellent Cat Hotel. The owners really took time to understand my cat and were very patient with her (who is a shy cat at her first stay). The place is clean and well organized and I really appreciated the daily report, the pictures and the possibility to use the web cam to peep in Zelda’s room. I will definitely come again next time I go away. Thanks!
