Before the doctor arrived, Bubble was in so much pain that he was agitated and even screaming, requiring constant comforting and turning over. But as soon as the doctor arrived, Bubble, very intuitively, began breathing steadily and obediently allowed the doctor to operate. He seemed to understand that the doctor wanted to make him comfortable, like an angel. The whole process was very reassuring for us; the procedures were explained in great detail. Our beloved cat, Nigiri, succumbed to her illness. Through the Xiangjia Veterinary Team, we arranged for Dr. Liao to assist with her passing. Dr. Liao was incredibly professional and gentle. He explained the procedures in detail, even shielding the needle from the needle when administering injections, showing great consideration for our family's feelings. He even prepared keepsakes for us. It's so difficult to prepare everything perfectly when your pet is suddenly leaving. We are truly grateful for Dr. Liao's thoughtfulness. Thank you!
After nearly ten years of deliberation, I finally mustered the courage to adopt a cat. Unexpectedly, we only spent a short thirty-odd days together. Not having enough money for the cat's vet care has always been a burden on my mind. It felt as if coming to our home prevented it from having a better, longer life. But Dr. Zeng Jiahao, with his professional perspective, explained the cat's condition to us. It seemed to say that it wasn't our fault; he relieved our psychological burden. I think this is the biggest reason I wanted to write this review: he not only helped the cat, but also its owner. After administering the medication, Dr. Zeng placed our cat, "Qianqian," on my lap, fulfilling a dream I'd never had before—a dream of holding her without forcing her to see a vet.
