From my first Maltese pet, Xiao Bao… to my current sister… all have been groomed at Q-Ma Pet Salon - Jiuru Branch… Their meticulous grooming always keeps my little darlings looking beautiful! 😘 The groomers are also very attentive to our pets' well-being. If they notice anything unusual, they always recommend taking them to the vet. They truly care about their furry friends! Five-star service at affordable prices – highly recommended!!!
I've been getting my cat bathed by them since my very first cat. They were very considerate in answering my questions, and I've bathed them about twice a year. Even with my recently adopted cat, this was my first time taking them for a bath. I was worried about hurting them because they're a bit aggressive, but they were still very patient in addressing my concerns and sending me photos to update me on their progress. It really made me feel very reassured. ❤️ Thank you!
The owner was very friendly when I called to make an appointment the first time! After bringing my dog there, they asked about our requirements in detail. The dog's coat color looked great after the wash, and the fur was also trimmed beautifully!
The owner is very kind and has a lot of love and care for pets. Today, I took my cat to get a bath, and there was a little mishap when I picked him up. I thought my cat was very well-behaved, so I never took him out in a carrier. But today it was raining heavily, and it was close to lunchtime, so there was a lot of traffic, causing him to jump out of my arms and run around wildly in the street. Luckily, he was alright, but it really scared me! The owner and I worked together to catch my cat, but the little rascal, who had just come out of his bath, immediately got dirty again 😂. The owner had to take him back to get him cleaned up again. Thank you to the owner and his wife for their kindness, and thank you to the owner's wife for her love for my cat. Qma Pet Salon deserves 5 stars 💫
I just noticed Qma has a second review. I sincerely hope you can give Qma a chance. Could you please not give it two stars? Please be lenient... (Lin J) We all love pets very much. We treat them like our own children. I understand how angry you were. My friend has adopted 15 cats. I also strongly recommend Qma to him. Every single one is a mommy, the most adorable baby. Qma doesn't just wash the pets clean. If the pet has any issues or minor health problems, Qma will tell the owner. I've known Qma Jiuru branch for almost 20 years. Sometimes oversights are inevitable. But their dedication truly makes them worth recommending. Before, because they were so busy, I couldn't get an appointment for my pet. I found a pet groomer near my home. Because my previous dog was 19 years old. His paw was even fractured from being washed. Older pets are relatively timid. But the damage was done. So I'm still hesitant. I took him to other pet grooming salons. This new pet also has a congenital heart condition, and the grooming salon there had terrible service. Because of inbreeding. But since we're destined to be together, he'll be my pet. I spent almost 100,000 RMB on surgery (pet surgery is very expensive now). Although I live in Fengshan, I still send my beloved pet to Q-Ma at the Jiuru branch. Before, I always had Q-Ma bathe my pet on Jiuru Road. Not only are they skilled, but they're also very patient in explaining things to us. Most importantly, my pet always smiles happily when he comes home. Every time I tell my pet that I'm going to Q-Ma for a bath, hearing that makes him happier than seeing treats. Now I have another pet. Although it's right next to my house. There are many pet grooming salons within walking distance. But I still chose Q-Ma Grooming on Jiuru Road in Kaohsiung. It's a 40-minute drive, but I'm willing to pay it...^_^ Choosing the best grooming for your furry friend is our responsibility as owners. It's fantastic! Every time I go back, their grooming is adorable...^_^ Thank you to the groomers at Q-Ma Jiuru branch for their dedication and professionalism. I only have five hearts to give a rating, but I really want to give it 10 stars ⭐️ I recommend everyone to go to Q-Ma Jiuru branch in Kaohsiung. You can make an appointment in advance, which is more convenient for everyone.
