This is really ridiculous. I've ordered several times, and this time it's been almost a week and it still hasn't shipped. They're not replying to my messages, and they haven't told me if anything is out of stock. With Chinese New Year approaching, I'm worried about running out of stock every day, but customer service hasn't responded at all. I don't know what their customer service is for. It's a really bad experience. Maybe I bought too little and the seller looks down on me and doesn't want to make any money anymore. 😅😅
His grass is very fresh, and the little rabbits love to eat it. It's also only 100 yuan per kilogram, which is very cheap.

Since becoming a rabbit enthusiast, I've visited countless rabbit supply stores in Kaohsiung, but I think Pasture Garden is truly the top choice!!! Not only is the environment and service fantastic, but their staff are also incredibly friendly (unlike some cold ones 😓). The two young ladies there are both beautiful and attentive, showing great care for the rabbits ❤️. They trimmed my rabbits' nails twice and I even saw them grooming other rabbits – so gentle and patient 🥰. The products they sell are of excellent quality 👍🏻.
