Terrible! Just seeing this makes me furious. I stayed at a hotel with my dog a few years ago. The first time was good, so I stayed a second time. Who knew that disaster would happen the second time? Just tell me, under what circumstances would a dog urinate on its own mattress? Anyone who has owned a dog knows that's impossible! Did you take it outside to urinate during the stay? Did you? ???
They were very attentive; they would inform us of any skin problems the dog might have after bathing and ask us to pay extra attention. The accommodation was very affordable, and they wouldn't keep the dog confined if it was okay.
They are very good and reliable. They always look after Oscar well. Thank you for your work and help.👌
The hotel owner takes photos to document the dog's condition at any time and helps with its menstrual cycle, making them a very thoughtful establishment!
