Having stayed there countless times over the past 6 years, I can only say I highly recommend it. The owner and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and considerate of details like smell, furnishings, and habits from a cat's perspective. After just one conversation, you realize this isn't just a commercial space, but a truly warm and welcoming accommodation where you can feel completely at ease letting your cat stay. The rooms are spacious enough that your cat won't feel cramped, and the smell is pleasant. The rooms are bright and airy, and the overall management and space are very reassuring. The guests are also incredibly sweet and attentive! 😍
Since getting cats, I've rarely stayed in hotels. I've always worried about my furry friends not adapting well to new environments and getting stressed. In the past, when needed, I mostly asked friends to help feed them and clean the litter box. By chance, I learned about Cat's Nest through a pet trainer's introduction. When I first inquired and visited Cat's Nest in 2023, I was deeply impressed by the manager's professionalism and attentiveness. Providing information about the cats' eating habits before their stay was a very reassuring experience. During their stay, the manager provided detailed daily updates on the cats' condition and their amusing interactions, which always made us laugh 🤣. There's a personal monitor in the room so we can check on our cats at any time. I especially love checking the monitor at night and finding them not in the room – that means they've been out partying all night! 🥳🥳 As a first-time cat owner, I also asked the manager questions about the cats, and they always gave me very professional and thoughtful advice, making us feel at ease even when we weren't around. Every time we go to pick the kids up, he hides under the caretaker's desk, looking like he doesn't want to go home. It's so funny and frustrating! 😅 We hope this wonderful accommodation continues to thrive! ❤️ 📷The caretakers are really good at taking photos!📷
My pet stayed at the hotel for three days. The environment was very clean, with a private cat room, and I felt very reassured about the quality of care. They regularly sent back photos and care information, which was very clear.
