This place is really great!!! The staff at the front desk were also very friendly!!! We brought our pet to play, and there was even independent swimming time! Because we're used to air-conditioned rooms, we felt the room was a bit cold, so we told the front desk, and they brought us two fans!! They even asked if we'd feel too cold later, and they gave our pet extra food! I hadn't ordered any food because my pet is a picky eater, and I was worried he wouldn't eat it, but the food was completely devoured!! If your pet is a picky eater, don't worry, just order breakfast, it's fine!! Overall, it was very comfortable. The environment and the staff at the front desk were both great. If I come to Kaohsiung again, I'd definitely stay here again!!! There was a little mishap: we accidentally clogged the toilet! (There was a trash can nearby, but we just threw it down the toilet without thinking.) We ended up having to bother the front desk staff for help. They were incredibly kind! 👍🏻 Update: After sleeping, I woke up with several inflamed areas on my body (red, swollen, hot, and itchy), possibly due to insects. I hope the hotel can improve its cleaning practices. Or perhaps we could find another pet-friendly accommodation with cleaner beds. Thank you! 🙏 But overall, it was a good experience.
We were shocked by this when we first saw this on internet. We have three preciousfur baby's and we have a hard time finding hotels that allow dog to just walk in them so we were really shocked when we saw this. This hotel is a dogfriendly place, clean, and modern space. When we first entered we were shocked by how clean it is, the employees there is very nice and friendly towards us. The managing is very good. And everything was planned and organized for us. The elevator is unexpectedly bid which is great for bigger dogs. The room is very big, clean, and sanitary. There is even an balcony for dogs that need to do their business outside. A mop and trashcan was prepared on the balcony. The TV have disney+, Netflix, and YouTube on the TV. The bathroom was big and clean. They even prepared dogs necessities for us. The only bad part is that the room was unexpectedly dry but that doesn't really bother us. The pool was clean and the self cleaning station is really clean. Overall I really liked this place and if I could I want to come here again.
