I visited the store on August 5th to purchase a lint dryer. The short-haired female sales assistant at the counter was very friendly. My dog got carsick and vomited, and she helped clean the toilet paper and paper bags on the spot. She was completely patient and didn't try to sell us unsuitable products. She explained the products we selected in detail and even plugged them in to test the airflow.
The sales assistant was great; she didn't try to sell me anything during the entire presentation. Instead, she carefully explained all the features and answered my questions. I placed an order on the official website as soon as I got home.
I called to inquire about the feeder. A female employee answered and said she was busy with another customer. She took down my last name and said she would call me back later. However, I waited a long time without a call back, and when I called again, it was just an automated message. If you can't help with the feeder, you should just say so. There's no need to say you'll call back later and then wait so long for a call without ever hearing anything. The customer service was truly terrible.
I've been using the Holman water dispenser and it works great. Today, the litter box malfunctioned. I was quite interested after seeing the online reviews, but when I went to the store around 9 PM to see the actual machine, the short-haired, slightly overweight saleswoman was rude and dismissive. She kept saying customer service would send videos, and when I asked questions, she answered arrogantly, treating me like an idiot. I'm extremely disappointed with Holman!! I asked about the bottom drawer function of the litter box, and the saleswoman continued arrogantly, saying that you have to use a scoop to scoop the litter yourself when changing it and put it at the bottom yourself. When I asked if there was a scoop, she replied, "Of course not!" The one-button cleaning function described on the official website is completely different. Her attitude and professionalism were appalling.
The consequences of buying things without reading reviews... We should save as many people as possible!!! Please don't buy their products. If you receive a defective item, they keep making excuses and refuse to give a refund...
