This was my first time taking my dog to a pet hotel/afternoon care center (a place highly recommended by a friend who has taken his pets to various other pet hotels). Although I couldn't tour the entire facility because I didn't have an appointment, the reception area was incredibly comfortable; some human spas aren't as clean and comfortable as this one. As a Virgo, I'm very particular about cleanliness, and I was surprised there was absolutely no dog smell. On our first visit, the sitter also inquired about the dog's habits and personality. This place is free-range, allowing the pets to roam freely, making them feel right at home – it's fantastic! The sitter was very patient playing with the dogs and also kept an eye on the other dogs to ensure they weren't too excited. She was also very busy taking photos to show me (although they also have a camera), and she changed the bedding immediately after each dog's bowel movement. Overall, I felt the money was well spent, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pet hotel or after-school care center. Also, since my dog usually eats fresh food at home, but today I only brought him kibble, and he ate it all! This shows he had a great time and got plenty of exercise there (so he even ate the less appealing kibble). I booked a week-long stay for my dog during winter break. I was initially very worried and reluctant to let him go, but after three days and two nights, I feel very reassured. It feels like sending my child to a super luxurious winter camp. Thank you to all the pet owners for taking such good care of my mischievous little guy and making him have a wonderful day (you can tell from the photos how much fun he had). Thank you to the dedicated owner for creating a 6-star pet hotel/after-school care facility, and thank you to the loving pet owners—you all worked so hard! Finally, I want to say: the pet owners' photography skills are absolutely professional! Each one is like a salon photographer—they're amazing! (I highly recommend sending your dog here if you want to pay for salon photos.)
This was the first time I'd been separated from my son for eight days straight, and I'm so incredibly grateful to the nannies who took such good care of him for three days and two nights, allowing me to relax and have fun. They not only took excellent care of his basic needs, but also catered to his emotional needs. He had sniffing games, time to roam on the balcony, and walks when the weather was nice. There was also a 24-hour babysitter (who genuinely stayed with him! I've stayed in other places that supposedly had babysitters, but they were always busy with their own things). They also kept me updated on his progress, and I could clearly see how happy he was. The environment was also incredibly clean, with no dog smell at all—even more comfortable than home! 😌 Although it was a bit pricey, it was totally worth it. Seeing my son's smile made me so happy! This is the first time Lele has been separated from us for so many days since she came to live with us. I looked at many pet hotels since July, all of which were among the top ten best pet hotels in Taipei. Finally, we chose a 3-day, 2-night pet hotel in Dazhi. The reason we chose it initially was not only because of its reputation, but also because we visited the hotel, experienced the facilities, and even tried out the after-school care. We immediately decided – no matter the price, we had to stay here!!!!!!!! It was so clean inside, the environment was amazing, there was absolutely no dog smell, and even the air was incredibly comfortable. I simply can't find a pet hotel anywhere else that's as nice as home! The floor is just like ours! Just as clean! It's dry and not sticky to walk on, and it's a wooden floor that's not slippery. Furthermore, the changing pads are all opened to the maximum, and a new pad is changed as soon as there's a single drop of urine, so there's no repetition. This is excellent; the dogs don't sniff each other's urine or urinate around. Then, they don't take in too many dogs, and they're all small breeds, with Taiwanese caretakers providing 24-hour care. Besides 24/7 surveillance, the nannies constantly sent text messages, videos, and photos to reassure the parents. The pet hotel was very strict about the pets' stay, requiring a lot of detailed information to be filled out. In addition to this, they were even more attentive to the pets than we were! The nannies' reports were incredibly detailed, even specifying how many times the pets slept each night, how many times they urinated, and their heart and breathing rates! Furthermore, when there were any issues, the nannies responded to messages very quickly. The pets' daily routine is very regular. They've even learned to eat from their bowls. Now they eat obediently after coming back! This stay was an excellent experience. It will definitely be our top choice for future trips abroad.
A huge thank you to the owner and all the caregivers for the 3 days and 2 nights. My 13-year-old is quite reserved and anxious, very picky about food, and has high blood pressure that requires medication. I'm always worried about him when I travel, and I couldn't find a suitable after-school care place. By chance, I found this place, and I'm truly grateful. During his 7 days there, my child received meticulous care, slept soundly, ate well, and had a great time. The 24-hour caregivers were attentive and frequently sent me videos and photos to reassure me. Seeing my child so happy was truly touching. When I picked him up, I felt like he hadn't missed me at all 😅 (maybe only a little). Highly recommended, it was excellent value for money.
