Avoid this place at all costs if you need after-hours veterinary care. Unfortunately, it was one of the only clinics open late when my dog suddenly began urinating blood, so we had little choice but to come here. That turned out to be a mistake. The waiting room looked less like a medical facility and more like a cluttered storage warehouse packed with supplies. Before the veterinarian even bothered examining my dog, he immediately launched into explanations of x-ray and ultrasound fees, which quickly made it obvious that these expensive tests are pushed regardless of whether they are actually necessary. What was even worse was the veterinarian’s attitude. The moment I asked reasonable questions about his treatment plan, he became defensive and dismissive. A professional veterinarian should welcome questions from a worried pet owner, not respond with arrogance and irritation. When your pet is suffering and you are already stressed and vulnerable, the last place you'd want to go is here.
The only hospital that was open late, but the treatment only served to be ineffective, inattentive and overpriced (10 times more expensive for the same treatment compared to local trusted vets) my pet was in worse condition afterwards. I ended up bringing my pet to the usual vet and now they are feeling much better. I don’t recommend this place
The doctor is cold, inexperienced, uncaring, and worst of all gave harmful advice for our pet. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET.
Doctor was very empathetic and nice. We were there on an emergency and everything went well!
